Shipping Policy, Refunds, Returns and Exchange
The following are the terms and conditions for any product purchased through us from our website, social media, whatsapp or any other digital medium.
Note: Refunds and exchanges are not applicable by us if any product has been purchased from a third party.
- Any product received in a damaged or faulty condition will be replaced by informing us within 24 hours of delivery
- You can inform us through email or customer support number (11am to 8pm) or through whatsapp as mentioned below.
- Refunds can be provided under the conditions of failure to deliver the order within 20 working days (or within the committed due date mentioned for customised products) by providing your bank account details.
- For any other requests for returns, only a store credit will be issued and no refund of payment made will be considered
- There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale (including EOSS), discount/offer code or coupon.
- In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer.
All orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch, Dispatch is depending on the designer and product style. However, this is subject to availability.
